These children’s books are actual stories, and still full of pictures. They talk about feelings, events, families, and communities. It is said that children learn what they live and hopefully, live what they learn. So, giving them a step up with hearing and reading stories about life, love, and real issues from a real moral and just stance can only be a foundational fortitude.

Meet the Author
I am a mom and a “do every day all that needs to be done” person. I love children, music, books, architecture, nature, and animals. I grew up in Wisconsin in a small town with a graduating class of only 26 kids! Currently, I reside in the mountains of North Carolina, where I enjoy time with my animals and peacefully writing more books.

Scantlin Huber was born from the dream of writing books, learning about herbs, and sharing the beauty of Earth’s true nature. The names are the maiden and surname of my maternal grandparents, who had a profound influence on my life.
